Exhibiting at the Forum connects your company with the decision-makers you need to reach. Our space in the hotel offers an intimate setting, perfect for relationship-building and one-on-one networking. Your audience will include anyone interested in clean and renewable energy policy, infrastructure, R&D and commercialization, as well as the future of domestically produced energy in the U.S. See our "Who's Coming" page for companies that attended the previous Renewables Forum.
Exhibitor Package
For your exhibitor fee of $350, you receive:
- Two 6-foot tables and skirting [only 18 spaces available]
OR
One 6-foot table and you may bring your own 10' x 10' "pop up" booth (nothing larger than 10' x 10' is permitted) [only 10 spaces available]
- Two chairs
- One trash receptacle

Exhibitors are also required to register for the Forum: there is no "exhibitor only" registration option.

The NHA must receive payment for all Exhibitors by Friday, September 15, 2008. Registrations received after this date will not be honored.
Setup and Breakdown
- Setup will occur on Monday, September 22, from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
- Breakdown will be on Wednesday, September 24.
There will be several exhibit periods during the forum:
- Monday - Welcome Reception
- Tuesday - Breakfast
- Tuesday - Break
- Wednesday - Breakfast
