Exhibiting at the Hydrogen Uses in the Military forum connects your company with the decision-makers you need to reach. Our space in the Convention Center offers an intimate setting, perfect for relationship-building and one-on-one networking. Your audience will consist of:
- military personnel
- industry representatives
- representatives from local and federal government
Exhibitor Package
For your exhibitor fee of $350, you receive:
- Two 6-foot tables and skirting
OR
One 4-foot table and you may bring your own 10' x 10' "pop up" booth (nothing larger than 10' x 10' is permitted)
- Two chairs
- One trash receptacle
NOTE: Electrical service is $50 additional.
There will be several exhibit periods during the forum:
- Tuesday, 6-7:30 pm (Welcome Reception)
- Wednesday, 7:30 - 8 am (breakfast)
- Wenesday, 9:30 - 10 am (break)
- Wednesday, 4:15-5:30 pm
- Thursday, 8:30 - 9 am (breakfast)

Deadline
The NHA must receive payment for all Exhibitors by Friday, September 21, 2007. Registrations received after this date will not be honored.
Shipping Information
Exhibitor materials must arrive at the Convention Center on Monday, October 1. The Convention Center will not accept materials that arrive before or after this date.

Setup and Breakdown
- Setup will occur on Tuesday, October 2, from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
- Breakdown will be on Thursday, October 4, at 2:30 p.m.
